Pre Orders

PRE ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If you would like to order other items along with your Pre Order style, please make seperate orders for each item. This will ensure that the item currently in stock will be shipped immediately and your Pre Order item will be shipped when it arrives.

If you place an order for multiple items and a Pre Order item is included in your order - all items will be shipped together once your Pre Order item arrives.

It clearly states on each item description and item heading the dispatch month for the pre order item. We state to allow the FULL MONTH for dispatch. In some cases, the item may arrive earlier in which we will dispatch the item to you earlier. Please allow until the very last day of the month stated for dispatch. 

We do not provide updates during the dispatch month - you will receive a tracking number when your pre order has been sent.

Should you wish to cancel a pre order before the dispatch, you can do so for a store credit only. If the item has already been shipped then our normal returns policy applies.

In the very rare instance where there be any delays you will be notified immediately.
