We offer FREE EXPRESS POST shipping via Australia Post for all orders to the value of $150 or more within Australia. There is a $10 flat rate for EXPRESS POST shipping on orders below this threshold.

When your order has been placed a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. Orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Purchases made on weekends or Australian public holidays will be processed the following business day. Please note* Confirmation emails can be hiding in your junk folder, please double check all junk folders or email us at info@rariboutique.com. 

For all orders shipped within Australia, we use Express Post via Australia Post.

In most cases orders will be received within 2-3 business days of shipping. 

Please note: to guarantee delivery, we recommend your parcel to be sent to an address where there will be someone to receive it between 9am-5pm, as Regular Express Post does not obtain a signature on delivery. Please notify us if you require signature on delivery, as we are not responsible for stolen parcels.



All US orders incur a $35 shipping fee.

All New Zealand orders incur a $15 standard shipping fee.

A flat rate of $40 shipping is charged on all orders over the rest of the world.

All orders are sent via Australia Post Air Mail

In most cases international orders will be received within 7-14 business days of shipping, although certain destinations may take longer.

International customers are responsible for their own local duties and taxes. Please contact us if your parcel does not arrive within the specified time.

Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of placement. Purchases made on weekends or Australian public holidays will be processed the following business day.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforseen circumstances (eg. Strikes, floods etc). If there are delays due to stock reasons Rari Boutique will notify you and you will have the option of changing or cancelling your order.



If ATL (Authority To Leave) is requested on your order, Rari Boutique and the nominated shipping carrier are not responsible if the parcel has been lodged as successfully delivered, as the customer has nominated a non-secure delivery option. If you do not receive any items delivered via ATL delivery, they will not be replaced or refunded unless otherwise required by law. Our customer service team will do our best however to contact the nominated delivery service to locate your order. 

Rari Boutique is  not responsible for any parcels that are damaged, lost, stolen or delayed during transit.  

If you have incorrectly entered the nominated delivery address on your order, please contact info@rariboutique.com as soon as possible to ensure we can change the delivery address accordingly.



When ordering something that is a 'pre-order' item please keep in mind we will not ship out any items in your order until the pre-order item arrives. If you would like the additional item sooner, then you must place a separate order for this item! 

Also, please note delivery dates stated on pre-order items are a guide only, and the item could come later or earlier depending on suppliers.
