If you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to return your items for a Store Credit. We do not issue refunds. 

Australian customers can return within 7 days of receiving their order.

International customers can return within 14 days of receiving their order.

If you purchased your items using a discount code, your store credit will be the final amount you paid for that item (minus the discount). Store Credits will not include the original cost for postage. Store Credits expire within 12 months, and can be used on any item/s on our website.

If you received free shipping on your original order, the shipping cost will also be deducted from the store credit amount.

- Items will only be accepted if returned in 100% original condition with tags: unworn, unwashed, un-perfumed, free from make-up & fake tan.

- Customers must cover the postage cost to send the item back to us. Original postage costs are non refundable.



- $49 and under sale items are final sale - no return or exchange on any of these these items.

- Please note: We do not accept the return of any swimwear, bodysuits, fake tan, socks, sticky bras, boob tape or earrings.

 - Items must be posted back to us within 7 days of arrival for Australian Customers and 14 days for International customers and must be in original condition and meet our Returns Policy conditions below. 

- It is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is safely returned to us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us.

- Please triple check the returns address is correct as per the returns form. It is not our responsibility if the return was sent incorrectly. 

If you would like to return an item please email to advise of your return and obtain the returns form.

- Items which do not satisfy our Returns Policy will not be accepted, the item will not be returned to the customer and the customer will be notified.

If you have purchased with Afterpay it's important to note that your personal agreement with Afterpay will still stand and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments and/or late fees.

Once we receive the return item we will inspect it to ensure it meets our returns policy and has not been worn, marked, used or washed and all original packaging and tags are attached.

Any store credits are emailed within 10 business days of receiving your return.


Should you wish to cancel your order before it has been fulfilled please contact us immediately on If your order has already been fulfilled/ processed by us or if it is over 2 hours after you have placed your order unfortunately we are unable to cancel your order as it would have already been processed. In this instance our standard returns policy applies. 

Returns Policy and Information

You must provide your order number with your return to enable us to process the return.

Returns or exchanges on any sale items, earrings, undergarments, bodysuits, swimwear bottoms or swimwear sets are not accepted. If any of the above items or sale items are returned to us they will not be refunded nor will they be sent back to you. 

All items returned must be in their original condition (not worn, marked, used or washed) with their original tags and all packaging intact. This includes the bag the product was packaged in.

All items must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt for Australian customers and within 14 days of receipt for international customers.  Returns outside of this time limit will not be accepted.

The customer will not be refunded the cost of postage and all customers are to cover the cost of return postage and shipping cost on their new exchange item.

Please ensure you use a traceable form of post to ensure that the item can be tracked as we will not be liable for the loss of any items being returned. Once the returned items have been received in their original condition they will be assessed and an exchange credit will be forwarded to the customer, please allow 10 working days for your credit to be processed.

When making a purchase with Rari Boutique you acknowledge that you can not obtain a refund on your purchase. If you order the incorrect size or change your mind, we are happy to issue you a store credit as per this Returns Policy.  

Return of Faulty Items

All products are examined to ensure there are no faults prior to being sent to the customer. 

If you believe there is a fault with your item/s please email us at immediately. Please include a description and photograph of the fault. When the item is returned it will be assessed by a brand manufacturer team to determine if this is a manufacturing fault.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund, repair or replacement if we deem the problem has arisen because the product was misused or damaged by the customer.

Should a product be sent back to us that has been damaged as a result of misuse by the customer, a refund will not be issued and the product will not be returned to the customer. 


All returns and exchanges from customers using Afterpay will be liable for the associated fees and charges.

Afterpay orders will incur a 10% return fee, the 10% is charged on the purchase price of the products ordered. Any refund or exchange of an item purchased by a customer using Afterpay will have the associated fees deducted from their store credit amount.
